I began my massage and bodywork journey in Charleston South Carolina over 10 years ago.  After my initial education, and passing the required exam to practice; I began working for a local Chiropractor.  I moved out of the Charleston area and went out on my own with a mobile service that I was able to quickly turn into a permanent location, allowing more options and more time to dedicate to my clients.  Since then I have moved back to my hometown area and am practicing out of Five Rivers Massage (Morristown), making it easy to help everyone in  Hamblen and Jefferson Counties.  

Education:​  As massage therapist's we must always remain educated in our profession.  I keep  an up-to-date CPR certification at all times, and always meet the Continued Education requirements by the state.  I have received training in the following techniques:  Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Medicupping, Ashiatsu,  Forearm Massage, Kinesiology Taping, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Aromatherapy,   *I do not offer all of the services listed below; so feel free contact me with any questions you may have.
